Professional Counseling in Dallas, TX area

Professionals

I am passionate about helping professionals in high-stress environments find their way through the challenges of demanding work lives.

My background as a former litigation attorney and training as a therapist provide a unique blend of expertise to help me support those with stressful careers. Many professionals in demanding environments neglect their own mental health while focusing on crises, productivity, and caring for others.

High-stress, demanding work environments can contribute to:

→ Chronic high stress
→ Exhaustion from long hours
→ Depression
→ Anxiety from client expectations and endless deadlines
→ Work-life balance challenges
→ Financial strain
→ Disillusionment from lack of appreciation and mundane repetitive work
→ Toxic competition
→ Compassion fatigue
→ Ethical dilemmas
→ Imposter syndrome
→ Despair and maladaptive self-medicating behaviors leading to addiction

If any of these struggles sound familiar, I’m here to help. I offer compassionate, insightful support to help clients regain balance, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of purpose.

Commitment to Confidentiality

Understanding the difficulty of balancing mental health with professional reputation, I prioritize client confidentiality, ensuring a safe space for healing. My office, located in a seemingly remote area of Dallas, offers privacy and peace of mind, allowing clients to prioritize their mental health without the distraction of running into other acquaintances.
